Our Story
Luther Distilling Co. was born from a simple conviction: that exceptional spirits deserve time, attention, and a place to call home. Nestled along 156th Street in McAlpin, our distillery draws on the clean water and quiet rhythm of North Florida to produce spirits that are unmistakably ours.
Every batch is distilled in small quantities, aged in hand-selected oak, and bottled without compromise. We don't rush the process — because the process is the point.
The Collection
Aged 4 years in charred white oak. Notes of vanilla, toasted almond, and a whisper of pine resin from the surrounding forests.
4 Years · Small-BatchBotanical-forward with juniper, citrus peel, and a subtle undertone of local wildflower honey. Crisp, clean, and distinctly Floridian.
Botanical · 42% ABVSingle-barrel rum aged in ex-bourbon casks. Rich molasses, dried fig, and a warm, lingering finish that speaks of patience.

Locally grown grains and pure Florida spring water form the foundation of every batch we produce.
Batch-distilled in our copper pot stills, allowing full control over character and clarity at every stage.
Resting in hand-selected oak barrels lets the spirit develop depth, color, and complexity naturally.
Each bottle is hand-filled, labeled, and numbered — a small-batch spirit you can hold in your hands.
